We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace any damaged products.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
